A Letter From Our CEO About The COVID-19 Global Pandemic
A Message to the Industry,
It’s hard to imagine a more challenging time than right now for all of us. I’m sure you’re probably spending every spare moment thinking about how to adapt and stay ahead in a rapidly changing and unpredictable environment — we are too.
Rest assured that the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners are a top priority. Our thoughts are with those impacted by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic.
Since it first surfaced, our teams have been monitoring the situation closely and taking every precaution to keep our employees safe and focused on keeping business moving forward. We’ve proactively worked to avoid disruption to our business by requiring our employees to work remotely.
I’m also happy to report that our support center is 100% remote-capable, with employees in both the USA and the UK, with built-in redundancies built so our customers should see no delay in responses. We have all of our agents working regular hours to assist our customers in need.
