In one short week restaurant leaders from all over the country will head to Anaheim for FSTEC, one of the country’s most compelling technology conferences in the food industry. For more than twenty years, the conference focuses on technology in the multi-unit restaurant space, connecting industry experts and restauranteurs to new trends, innovations, and what to expect in the future for the industry.
QSR Automations is proud to serve as a platinum sponsor at this year’s event. Members of the QSR team will be there to meet with attendees, hosting them at booth #617.
So, what will QSR Automations be showcasing?
Off-Premise Dining
Off-premise dining is on the rise, and operators are constantly trying to keep up with industry changes all while keeping a competitive edge. With an on-demand culture emerging, restaurants are embracing off-premise options ranging from carry-out, delivery orders, and third-party delivery partners. We are excited to introduce ConnectSmart® Kitchen to help restaurants of all sizes succeed and keep up with the demand for off-premise dining. The updated CSK creates and captures all of the data from your kitchen – where the food is along in the process, down to real-time order-level statuses and item status – then pushes all of the data to the cloud where guests and digital ordering partners can keep up with how the kitchen is running. With all of this information continuously streaming from the kitchen, operators will be able to implement a new business strategy to drive more revenue and meet diners where they are.

Enterprise & Data Mining
Today’s operators are looking for technology with a cloud platform that allows scalability, centralized management and data recording. ConnectSmart®Host (Formerly DineTime) and ConnectSmart® Kitchen Enterprise is a centralized database application that manages settings for single and multi-unit restaurant organizations. With the enterprise, operators can remotely access and distribute setting configurations for each of their restaurants, all while acquiring data for each site. Operators can view reports within a chosen time frame for summaries of their front of house or back of house statistics. With QSR’s enterprise operators can make better decisions and compare different sites and time frames to track important business trend data.

Modern Restaurant
The future of the restaurant industry is not slowing down in implementing new technologies. Restaurants are looking to invest in the right software to help connect all areas of their operations in order to increase guest loyalty and drive revenue. To have a powerful, well-connected restaurant, operators need an API that will speak to other technology pieces throughout the restaurant – think of an API as a communication hub for all of your software. QSR Automations open API can integrate with loyalty programs, waitlist software, online ordering system, delivery partners, guest management platform, and kitchen automation technology. CSK’s API integrations can help create a full, comprehensive solution that connects your front of house and back of house operations.
